Information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 49, paragraph 4.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 and subsequent amendments and additions, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day on which the Consumer or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the Consumer acquires physical possession of the goods without any penalty and without having to provide any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer is required to inform us of his decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the Consumer to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
The right of withdrawal is considered to have been correctly exercised if the following conditions are met:
• the purchased product must be returned intact and in its entirety and perfectly suitable for the use for which it is intended;
• the product must be complete in all its elements and in every part (including external packaging and original internal packaging, accessories, any documentation and equipped with relevant labels, identification tag, codes);
• at the time of return the product must be returned as received by the Consumer upon delivery.
The risk of loss of the goods is subject to the complete responsibility of the Consumer, until the certificate of receipt of the goods at our warehouse is received, whether it is a shipment or in the event that the goods are damaged for reasons other than their transport.
We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to having successfully completed the checks relating to the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal, the integrity and suitability of the product and all the conditions listed for the correct exercise of the right of withdrawal.
All payments made by the Consumer will be refunded, excluding initial delivery costs and return shipping costs. This refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Consumer for the initial transaction.
In the absence of the essential condition of integrity of the goods and the additional conditions described above, the Consumer loses the right of withdrawal and the purchased product will remain available at the warehouse for collection by the Consumer. will notify the Consumer via a specific communication.
