EU Regulation 679/2016 (“Regulation on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC” hereinafter the “EU Regulation”) requires that the data subject be informed in advance of the use of his or her data and that their processing takes place with his or her prior express consent, except in cases provided for by law.

In this regard , DALLAGREEN (hereinafter “ Dall'Agata Andrea ” or “Owner”), as “owner” of the processing of personal data, provides the following information.

In any case, all this data is processed in compliance with the EU Regulation and the confidentiality obligations that inspire the activity of the company.

1) Purpose of the processing for which the data are intended

Personal data is processed as part of DALLAGREEN 's normal business activities and for the following purposes:

1-a. purposes strictly connected and/or instrumental to the establishment and execution/management of the sales relationship for goods and/or services

The relevant processing requires your consent.

1-b. purposes strictly connected and/or instrumental to the fulfillment of obligations deriving from national and/or community legislation,

as well as those issued by Authorities authorised to do so by law or by supervisory and control bodies, including: customer due diligence obligations.

Providing the personal data necessary to achieve this purpose is required by law. Therefore, any refusal to provide such data will make it impossible for Francesco Leanza to manage the sales relationship for goods and/or services.

The relevant processing does not require your consent, as it is carried out exclusively for the legal purposes mentioned above.

1-c. promotional, marketing and commercial information purposes on DALLAGREEN products or services We refer to

to the use of your data in the context of further activities carried out by Francesco Leanza, even after the conclusion of the purchasing relationship

of the products, for the purposes of improving, developing and selling the products or services and in particular, for:

- surveys, polls, and market research, including for the purpose of measuring the level of satisfaction with the quality of our products and/or services, through personal or telephone interviews, questionnaires, etc. conducted directly or by specialized companies we trust;

- promotion and sale of products and/or services of our business or of other entities, by post, fax, email, and telephone, including automated systems, pre-recorded telephone messages, and text messages.

Providing the data required for these purposes is optional, and therefore, any refusal to provide them will not affect the purchase of goods and/or services from DALLAGREEN , but will result in the inability to learn about promotional initiatives.

If Andrea Dall'Agata intends to use the personal data collected for any other purpose incompatible with the purposes for which the personal data was originally collected or authorized, DALLAGREEN will inform the customer in advance, who will also have the option to grant or deny their consent.

2) Data processing methods

Your data is processed electronically, consulted, compared according to pre-established criteria, and used in any other appropriate manner solely for the purposes set out above for which it was collected and, in any case, in a manner that guarantees its security and confidentiality.

In carrying out DALLAGREEN processing activities undertakes to:

2-a. ensure the accuracy and updating of the data processed, and promptly accept any corrections and/or additions requested by the interested party;

2-b. notify the data subject, within the timeframes and in the cases established by current legislation, of any personal data breaches;

2-c. ensure that processing operations comply with applicable legal provisions.

The DALLAGREEN Francesco Leanza processes the personal data acquired in full compliance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness, and transparency. In compliance with the EU regulation, Francesco Leanza also configures, or in any case undertakes to minimize, the use of personal data, so as to exclude its processing if the intended purposes can be achieved using anonymous data or appropriate methods that allow the data subject to be identified only when necessary.

Your Personal Data is processed using manual, computerized, and electronic means, and in a manner that guarantees the security and confidentiality of the data.

DALLAGREEN retains the personal data acquired in its systems in a form that allows the identification of the data subjects for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed or to comply with specific regulatory or contractual obligations.

In general, Personal Data is retained for a period of 10 years from the end of the relationship.

4) Rights of the interested party

Finally, we inform you that, pursuant to Articles 15-22 of the EU Regulation, you may exercise specific rights, including:

4-a. Right of access: the right to obtain from the Data Controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and further information regarding their origin, purpose, category of data processed, recipients of disclosure and/or transfer of data, etc.

4-b. Right to rectification: the right to obtain from the Data Controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data without undue delay, as well as the integration of incomplete personal data, including by providing a supplementary statement.

4-c. right to erasure: right to obtain from the Data Controller the erasure of personal data without undue delay in the event that:

- the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes of the processing;

- the consent on which the processing is based is revoked and there is no other legal basis for the processing;

- the personal data have been unlawfully processed;

- personal data must be deleted to comply with a legal obligation.

4-d. Right to object to processing: the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.

4-e. Right to restriction of processing: the right to obtain from the Data Controller restriction of processing in cases where the accuracy of the personal data is contested (for a period enabling the data controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data), if the processing is unlawful and/or the data subject has objected to the processing.

4-f. Right to data portability: the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transmit such data to another data controller, only for cases in which the processing is based on consent and only for data processed electronically.

These rights may be exercised by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or certified email to DALLAGREEN at the registered office of the company, for the attention of the Data Protection Officer or to the address dallagreen.it@gmail.com

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, if you believe that the processing carried out by Francesco Leanza violates the EU Regulation, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

5) Data retention time limits

The data collected for the purposes indicated will be kept at DALLAGREEN for a period of 10 years, and subsequently processed only anonymously for statistical purposes.
